Independent builder  ·  Data & AI

Systems, built
to run on their own.

I build the AI-powered software companies operate on, and ship it to production. Four builds live since May.

Selected Work

Four things, shipped.

01 · Client engagement

Back-office automation

Active, production pilotChantilly, VA

Sole technical consultant to a commercial concrete-paving contractor. AI that reads photographed invoices and matches them to jobs, a payroll pipeline that flags only the timecards that break a rule, and a live fleet tracker the crew runs from the yard. Built to eliminate twenty-plus hours a week of hand-keying.

FirstMile

Live, in betaConsumer AI

An AI running coach that coaches by effort, not pace. Chat and a vision form check on Claude, workouts that adapt to the run, subscription billing wired end to end. Five hundred requests at a hundred percent success in its first hour of beta.

Keystone

In daily useAI infrastructure

A self-hosted workspace that gives AI coding agents a memory and a plan. Eighteen tools over the Model Context Protocol: a memory graph the agent writes to and reads back, and an orchestrator that hands work between agents. I use it every day.

Angles

LiveLive events

A no-login app for live shows. The crowd pools its phone clips through a QR code and swipes a ranked feed; the venue gets an AI-cut recap reel the next morning, grounded so it never invents a moment that was not filmed.

The bottleneck moved from writing code to seeing systems whole. That is the whole job now.
