Independent builder  /  Data & AI

I build the systems
businesses run on.

AI-powered software for the parts of a company nobody wants to touch. Shipped to production, end to end. Four builds live since May 2026.

Back-office automation

Active, production pilot Chantilly, VA

Sole technical consultant to a commercial concrete-paving contractor. I mapped every manual workflow in the office, then built the layer underneath it: an AI engine that reads photographed invoices and matches them to jobs and purchase orders, a payroll pipeline that flags only the timecards that break a rule, and a live fleet tracker the crew updates from the yard. Built to eliminate more than twenty hours a week of hand-keying.

FirstMile

Live, in beta Consumer AI

An AI running coach that coaches by effort instead of pace. Chat and a vision-based form check run on Claude; workouts adapt to how the run actually went. Subscription billing wired end to end. Served roughly five hundred requests at a hundred percent success in its first hour of beta.

Keystone

In daily use AI infrastructure

A self-hosted workspace that gives AI coding agents a memory and a plan. Two servers expose eighteen tools over the Model Context Protocol: a linked memory graph the agent writes to and reads back, and a task orchestrator that hands work between agents. I use it every day, including on this page.

Live Live events

A no-login app for live shows. The crowd pools its phone clips through a QR code and swipes a ranked feed of the night; the venue gets an AI-cut recap reel the next morning, generated with a strict no-fabrication grounding so it never invents a moment that was not filmed.

The bottleneck moved from writing code to seeing systems whole. That is the work.
